First, you need to open a browser on your phone or laptop and search for “PM Kisan.” Click on the official portal link for the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi to open the website. On the homepage, scroll down to find various options like e-KYC, New Farmer Registration, and Know Your Status.

To fix a rejected form, you must click on the option labeled “Updation of Self Registered Farmer.”

The Login and Authentication Process

After clicking the update option, you will be asked to enter your Aadhaar number and a captcha code. Once you fill these in, click on “Search.” An OTP will be sent to your mobile number, which you need to enter. Following this, another OTP will be sent for Aadhaar authentication. You must enter this Aadhaar OTP and authenticate to log in.

Once you have successfully logged in, your complete application form will be displayed on the screen. This includes your name, father’s name, and all other details you had previously filled out.

Editing and Correcting Your Application

When the form opens, it will also show the reason why your application was rejected. You can now edit the incorrect information. For example, a common mistake is uploading an old or incorrect “Khatauni” (land record document).

To make corrections, look for an “Action” option to edit the details. You can then update your information, such as adding a new “Khasra number” (land plot number) and uploading the correct, new land record document in the document upload section.

After you have made all the necessary corrections to your form, you must save the changes. Upon saving, you will see a message confirming that the update was successful. Once this is done and the form is approved, your installments will start being credited to your bank account.
