Step 2: Start the Application
- Click on: Apply for PM Awas Yojana Urban 2.0
- Click: Proceed
Step 3: Enter Basic Information
- Select your State
- Choose your income category (EWS, LIG, MIG)
- Answer:
- Do you own a permanent house? ➝ No
- Have you benefited from this scheme before? ➝ No
- Click Eligibility Check
Step 4: Aadhaar Verification
- Enter your Aadhaar number
- Enter your name as per Aadhaar
- Click Generate OTP → Enter OTP → Click Submit

Section 1: Personal Information
- Aadhar Number
- PAN Card
- Date of Birth
- Mobile Number, Email
- Gender & Marital Status
- Parent’s Details (Names & Aadhaar Numbers)
- Employment Status: Self-employed, Labour, etc.
- Occupation: Select “Construction Worker” or similar
- Religion, Caste, Education level
- Tick any relevant beneficiary group (like PM Vishwakarma, etc.)
Section 2: Family Members
- Add each family member’s:
- Name, DOB, Relation
- Aadhaar Number, Gender, Occupation
- Click Save and Continue
Section 3: Residence Info
- Number of years residing in current city
- Upload Income Certificate
- Click Save and Continue
Section 4: Address Details
- Present Address = where you live now
- Permanent Address = as per Aadhaar
- Preferred Location for Housing = where you want to get a house
- Click Save and Continue
Section 5: Bank Details
- Enter your Bank Account Number
- Confirm the IFSC Code and select bank branch
- Tick both checkboxes
- Click on Final Save
📩 Final Submission
- Your complete form will appear
- Review all details
- If correct, click Final Submit
Once submitted, the government will conduct a survey. If verified and approved, your name will be included in the PMAY Urban list, and funds will be transferred in three installments directly to your bank account.
