Navigating to the Beneficiary Reports
Once you are on the PMAY-G portal homepage, look for an option called “Awaassoft.” If you are using a mobile phone, you may need to click on a menu icon with three horizontal lines to find it.
After clicking on “Awaassoft,” a dropdown menu will appear. From this menu, select the second option, which is “Report.” This will take you to a new page with various report sections labeled A, B, C, and so on. You need to go to section H, titled “Social Audit Reports.” Under this section, click on the link that says “Beneficiary details for verification.”
Filtering the List for Your Village
You will now see a selection form that allows you to filter the data to find your specific location. You must fill out the following fields in order:

- Select your District.
- Select your Block.
- Select your Village (Gram Panchayat).
- Select the financial year, which should be 2024-25.
- Select the scheme, which is Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin.
- Finally, solve the simple math problem in the captcha box (e.g., if it shows “77 – 60”, you would type “17”).
After filling in all the details correctly, click the “Submit” button.
Understanding the Beneficiary List
After you click submit, the beneficiary list for your selected village will be displayed on the screen. This list contains important details for each applicant, including their NREGA Job Card information, application status (Approved, Rejected, House Sanctioned), Sanction Number, and bank details. You can see if a form has been approved and successfully processed.
What To Do After Checking the List
If your name appears on this list with an “Approved” status, it means your application for the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin was successful.
