✅ Latest Update on Mukhyamantri Maiya Samman Yojana 2025
The Jharkhand Government has initiated the release of funds for the 9th and 10th installments under the Maiya Samman Yojana, covering April and May 2025. A total of ₹1363 crore has been transferred to all 24 districts, with instructions to disburse ₹5000 per eligible beneficiary via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
💰 How Much Will You Receive?
Each eligible woman will receive:
- ₹2500 for April
- ₹2500 for May
Total = ₹5000
The amount will be credited directly to the bank accounts.
📅 When Will the Money Arrive?
- Payment window: Between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM, any day this May 2025
- Final deadline: By 30th May 2025
- Orders have been issued to ensure monthly payments by the 15th of every month moving forward.
🏦 DBT and Aadhaar Seeding Requirement
From April onwards, only those bank accounts linked with Aadhaar will be eligible for DBT. Earlier payments were made even without Aadhaar seeding, but that’s changed this time.

- ₹96.09 billion allocated for April to October 2025
- ₹13.50 billion earmarked for 54 lakh women beneficiaries
- Separate allocations:
- ₹3897 crore for Tribal Area Sub Plan

🧾 Verification & List Preparation
Districts are currently verifying beneficiary lists. Once complete, DBT transfers will begin immediately. This delay is part of the routine verification process.

- ₹3672.14 crore allocated for the Sarvajan Pension Scheme
- Payment orders sent to all 25 Social Security Fund offices
- Beneficiaries of both schemes (Maiya Samman & Pension) will receive their respective amounts.
